A complete structure from the ground up is how we describe this month’s project. This was one of our “fully built by a recommended contractor” options. This option allows you to select the building style and size that you want, from there we take care of lining up one of our recommended installers to do the construction and sending all of the materials needed to complete the job.

This particular customer was in needed of some basic sheltered storage for a few large equipment pieces, as well as his boat. He liked the idea of a taller building utilizing 12’ tall garage doors, all with remote openers. Included in the chosen materials for this building was white liner ceiling panels, used to further insulate the structure. Wainscot was added around the outside as an aesthetic option. This breaks up the large expanse of grey siding and gives the building a bit of added character.

The post framework of the building utilizes our Tuff-Post brand engineered posts. We manufacture these in house, which amount to great savings for our customers. The framework was then sheeted with metal siding. Double Bubble installation was installed in the roof to keep condensation off the inside ceiling, preventing the dreaded “inside drip” that is prevalent in metal roofed buildings located in areas with humidity.
