Basic Specifications for Custom Garages:
-Garages can be built on a concrete slab or concrete footers
- Vinyl Siding - Wolverine Encore Dutchlap 4.5 or Double 4
- 25-year Shingle Roof - Owens Corning (other options available)
- Roll ridgevent with matching shingle color
- Standard 2" x 4" walls
- Manufactured Truss Roof
- 5/8" T&G OSB Sheeting (for roof)
- Trusses spaced 2' on center
- 7/16" OSB Sheeting (for sidewalls)
- 1' Overhang on eve (does not include soffit & fascia)
- All Doors and Windows are insulated
- Free Layout, Design Drawings, & Specifications
- Free Tarp (to protect your materials during construction)

We can customize any of our garage kits; from the size to the materials used. We can design a 4 (four) car garage, 5 (five) car garage, 6 (six) car garage and larger. We can ad metal roofing instead of shingle roofing. We can ad metal siding instead of vinyl siding. We can ad a garage door to the rear of the garage. We can ad a 4' double door or a 4' double door instead of a standard 3' entry door. Our standard roof slope is 4/12, but we can make the roof slope 3/12, 5/12, 6/12, 7/12, 8/12, 9/12, 10/12, 12/12. Sometimes rear setbacks or side setbacks can create a problem, therefore we do our best to work with the homeowner and their borough or municipality to re-design the building to meet everyones need.
