Back when we began, APM Buildings offered only material kits for our Pole Barns and Garages. This left the construction process up to the customer to either do themselves or to find someone to build it for them. We are very happy to say that has changed. Through the years we have been very fortune to build great relationships with a sizeable group of builders and contractors who we work with frequently, some even daily. It dawned on us that we talk daily with people who want a fully constructed building as well as with builders who are more than capable to handle the job; so why not put them together? This standout customer project was one of the first and we’re proud to share it with you here.

This structure is a great example of a pole barn garage with a few “upgrades”. The customer wanted to use vinyl siding as opposed to steel, as well as a shingled roof. This tied the look of the garage together with the look of the existing house. 8/12 attic trusses were chosen to offer a second floor of storage and work areas. Dormer windows were added to bring in natural sunlight and offer a great view of the family property. Double hung windows, a side entry door, and two standard garage doors add to the functionality of the structure; a highly useable great looking garage.
