Our customer was looking for a large pole building which could be utilized as an RV storage and maintenance facility. In order to make the space more multi-functional it was decided to add a partition wall down the center. This created two separate, spaces within the same building but without needing to construct a typical wall.

The site where this building would be constructed presented a small challenge in that it has a steep grade. The customer asked that we design the building to accommodate a step-down at the center instead of using fill. Doing this would require building up the splashboards to allow for concrete. It also adds a little physical appeal in what would otherwise be a very long, straight run of a building.
