This customer was in need of a storage building for a recently purchased tractor. He wanted a simple design but was looking for a little extra room for storage. What started off small slowly evolved into a little bigger building that would work for his current needs, and leave room for future storage needs.
Deciding on a two door garage design provided plenty of storage for tools and a 12’ trailer. The building includes 3ply 2x6 Tuff-Post Brand engineered pole building posts which are manufactured in house. We utilized a 24’ roof truss designed at 4’ on center; also manufactured at our facility. 2”x12” #1 southern yellow pine was used on the inside and outside of the eave post to carry this roof load. It includes Wheeling Centurydrain steel. One of the upgrades the customer chose was a precolored fascia and soffit to match the roof.

We can also offer trim colors to match the roof, including the rat guard which comes standard with all our buildings. A 9-light walk-in door and two 9x7 Clopay garage doors completed the basic design. A color-matched Snow Defender was included to help keep snow and ice from sliding off of the roof and causing possible damaging or injury.
