Out with the old and in with the very nice! This customer had an existing single car garage that was built in the 1950s. They were hoping for something with a bit more room, a lot more style, and they definitely wanted it to tie in with their home, which had recently been remodeled and given a lot of curb appeal. The garage, being located in the forefront of the property would definitely need to compliment and add to the overall appearance. The direction here was to keep the structure simple and make the accents exceptional.

Wolverine Dutch Lap 4 ½” vinyl siding was selected in the Clay color to match the house. All of the trims were selected in Almond as well. Continuing in that same theme Almond was the color chosen for the sure to be noticed garage doors; Wayne Dalton 9100 with the Sonoma panel design. Both doors were accented even further with the addition of the Stockton Glass Panels, 2 for each door. The final touch for the doors was the addition of the decorative hardware, which adds a stately, finished appearance. Decorative lantern style lights finish off the left and right of the building front. The building was topped with Prestique Hunter Green shingles, which match the shingles used on the house. The customer did a beautiful job with this building and now enjoys using it daily.
