This customer needed a garage to serve multiple purposes and with a little extra space for future growth. He had planned on having a concrete foundation, and he wanted vinyl siding to match his home, so we knew that stud-frame construction (as opposed to post-frame construction) was the way to go.

We supplied full insulation for the entire building as well as additional plywood to cover the attic floors and walls. Along with the building kit we also supplied a flight of stair for easy second floor access. Other materials were purchased to add a bathroom to the back corner of the 1st floor. A side entryway roof was added over the walk-through door resulting in the need for a few extra roofing shingles.
