This project began with the homeowner requesting a completely constructed garage, not just a material package. We were able to put together a meeting with a local builder and offer the customer a turnkey price. Though it is a garage it is not made from a typical garage kit. It is actually a pole building frame with vinyl siding and a shingle roof. By doing a garage with pole building style construction the customer did not need to excavate or have a foundation, a total cost savings of roughly $3000.00.

The customers desire was to match his existing house perfectly. With a little searching and legwork we were able to get the exact same garage doors, siding and roofing to match his house. Seemless gutter was also request for this job. With the project being local we were happily able to deliver this as well.
