This
customer called in need of a building for a work area and storage.
He had some issues regarding the grade of the building site. He needed
to bring in fill to raise the building pad so it was level with his
drive way. There was some concern about placing the posts in fill.
We were able to supply the customer with 6x6 posts of different lengths
so they were able to bore the postholes the whole way down to undisturbed
soil. Also the customer had already purchased garage doors to match
the ones on his house. We were able to design his building with the
appropriate rough openings for his doors. We did provide him with
2x10's for his overhead door headers. This customer also chose a 6
panel door and 12 inch overhang on both the gable and eave sides of
the roof. We also supplied the soffit and fascia with the package.

and downspouts in the initial quote as an option on this building.
The customer chose to purchase it along with the kit because it
was more convenient to have the materials on hand, rather than running
out to get it later. We also discussed the benefits of installing
steel base guard on the building before he installed the Fabral
siding. He also chose to purchase the base guard, which adds more
of a finished look to the siding.
