Our garages are offered in two construction styles, Pole Garages and Stud Wall Garages. Please read the information below and here to determine which style might be better suited for your project.
About Pole Garages
Pole garages consist a of post frame structure, wood roof trusses, steel siding and a steel roof. It is basically just a standard pole buildings with garage doors. The pole garage (or post-frame garage) is often the choice when you are not locating the garage right next to your home. This allieviates the need to match the vinyl siding or overall look of the main structure. Pole garages are generally less expensive to build and do not require a poured concrete or block foundation the way a stud wall garage would.
About Stud Wall Garages
Garages consist of stud frame walls, wood roof trusses, vinyl siding and a shingle roof. They are built on either a block foundation or concrete slab. Since the walls are framed with generally 2x4's or 2x6's, 16" on center, the walls can be easily insulated with standard installation. Garage siding and roofing colors can be easily matched to the house to provide pleasing curb appeal. Great for car storage, year round workshops, general storage and many other ideas.
